This power only works on an open mind. With it, the user can cause another
character to hold him in awe. Characters affected by this power are mentally
cowedùthey sense the userÆs ôawesome might.ö They have no desire to serve or
befriend the user, but they wonÆt attack him unless forced to do so. If possible,
theyÆll avoid the user completely and take the first opportunity to escape his
presence. The PSP cost for this power is based on the targetÆs level, as shown
below.
